- Sourcing products such as apparel, footwear, household goods, and other consumer items, while compiling supplier lists and data for management reports.
- Negotiating with suppliers on pricing, order quantities, delivery schedules, product quality, payment terms, and shipping conditions.
- Monitoring the order process to ensure quality standards and buyer requirements are met, providing daily updates to the Director.
- Collaborating with purchasing, accounting, documentation, and logistics teams to address issues related to assigned product categories.
- Resolving unexpected production or post-shipment challenges through negotiations with factories and suppliers.
- Traveling with the Director or independently to meet suppliers and inspect products at manufacturing sites in Vietnam and abroad.
- Ensuring imported items meet quality standards, company guidelines, and customer expectations.
- Performing additional tasks as assigned by the manager.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
- Proven experience in merchandising, ideally with expertise in apparel, footwear, household goods, or consumer items.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to manage and track project progress effectively.
- Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
- Proficient in English (written and spoken).
