**Nhiệm vụ chính**:

- Tìm kiếm & chọn lựa nguyên phụ liệu phù hợp theo định hướng thiết kế & phong cách sản phẩm.

- Làm việc với xưởng may/nhà cung cấp để phát triển mẫu, fitting & chỉnh form.

- Tính định mức tiêu hao, báo giá theo CM/FOB/CMT.

- Theo dõi labdip, màu vải, kiểm tra chất liệu & phát triển trims.

- Tổng hợp bộ tiêu chuẩn sản phẩm & bàn giao hồ sơ kỹ thuật sang bộ phận sản xuất.

- Lương **10-25 triệu** (tùy kinh nghiệm).

- Môi trường sáng tạo, được tham gia trực tiếp xây dựng sản phẩm.

- Review lương định kỳ 6 tháng/1 năm.

- Cơ hội phát triển lên **Senior Merchandiser / Product Manager**.

**Yêu cầu bằng cấp (tối thiểu)**: Cao Đẳng

**Yêu cầu công việc**:
**Yêu cầu**:

- Kinh nghiệm 3**-5 năm** ở vị trí Merchandiser/Developer ngành may mặc/thời trang.

- Hiểu biết về **chất liệu vải, trims, form dáng, kỹ thuật may**.

- Tư duy thẩm mỹ tốt, làm việc chi tiết, chịu được deadline nhanh.

- Ưu tiên biết làm việc với nhà cung cấp, giao tiếp cơ bản bằng tiếng Anh là lợi thế.
