**Responsibilities**:
A growth marketer drives customer loyalty and engages with new audiences. In contrast to traditional marketers, who focus on increasing brand awareness, growth marketers focus on the customer experience within the sales funnel (AR model)

Marketing Campaigns/Activities Implementation:

- Take ownership of Marketing activities for certain delivery services; Fully responsible for researching, planning, executing, delivering, and managing directly integrated marketing campaigns across all available channels for both branding and user growth purposes.
- Work closely with all functional sub-teams (Design, Content, ) and other departments (Business Development, Operations, Finance, Product ) to implement marketing campaigns/activities effectively;
- Manage and collaborate closely with the Digital team to optimize the performance of digital marketing channels in your own campaigns (including performance results and cost)
- Have the ability to define, set up, and evaluate marketing campaigns results in both performance and branding effectiveness, and actively provide recommendations for next actions.

User/Service Growth and User Retention:

- Plan and Implement growth activities/initiatives to acquire new users for delivery services
- Collaborate with the Business team to run in-app marketing campaigns/activities for user retention purposes.
- Have the ability in product and competitor analysis to help the team adapt with fast-paced market, understand business situations and make timely marketing decisions
