About the Role

As a
Growth Marketing & Product Intern
, you'll be at the intersection of
marketing, product, and data
— helping design and optimize the user journey from discovery to retention.

You'll experiment, analyze, and collaborate directly with Product, Engineering, and Growth to turn insights into scalable systems.

What You'll Do

Growth & Acquisition

  • Run and analyze experiments to drive
    user sign-ups, activation, and retention
  • Contribute to
    multi-channel campaigns
    (LinkedIn, email, SEO, community, partnerships)
  • Identify and test
    new growth loops
    within the product

Product & Analytics

  • Work with Product & Engineering to improve
    onboarding and engagement flows
  • Analyze
    usage data and funnel metrics
    to find friction points and opportunities
  • Help translate insights into
    product tweaks and growth experiments

Systems & Automation

  • Build
    dashboards, workflows, and mini-automations
    to streamline growth ops
  • Document and
    standardize playbooks
    for repeatable product-led growth motions

Content & Messaging

  • Craft
    landing page copy, growth hooks, and onboarding content
  • Support messaging experiments and A/B tests to refine positioning and tone
