MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
- Hỗ trợ bếp trưởng lên kế hoạch, tổ chức, giám sát toàn bộ hoạt động của bếp.

Assist the Executive Chef in planning, organizing, and overseeing daily kitchen operations.
- Đảm bảo món ăn được chế biến đúng công thức, chất lượng và trình bày đẹp mắt.

Ensure all dishes are prepared according to recipes, with consistent quality and presentation.
- Kiểm soát nguyên vật liệu, định mức tiêu hao, hạn chế lãng phí, đảm bảo cost hợp lý.

Monitor inventory levels, control food usage and wastage, and maintain proper food costing.
- Kiểm tra và duy trì tiêu chuẩn vệ sinh, an toàn thực phẩm.

Ensure hygiene and food safety standards are strictly followed.
- Hỗ trợ sáng tạo món mới và xây dựng thực đơn khi được yêu cầu.

Support menu development and creation of new dishes when needed.
- Phân công công việc, quản lý lịch làm việc và đánh giá hiệu suất của nhân viên bếp.

Assign tasks, manage work schedules, and evaluate team performance
- Đào tạo, hướng dẫn nhân viên mới và nâng cao tay nghề đội ngũ hiện tại.

Train and mentor new staff and help improve the skills of the existing team.
- Các công việc khác có liên quan theo sự phân công của bếp Trưởng.

Other related duties as assigned by the Head Chef.

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
- Có ít nhất 2-3 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí Sous Chef hoặc tương đương.

Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a Sous Chef or equivalent role.
- Thành thạo kỹ năng nấu ăn chuyên môn.

Proficient in culinary.
- Khả năng tổ chức, lãnh đạo và xử lý tình huống nhanh nhạy.

Strong organizational, leadership, and quick problem-solving abilities.
- Hiểu biết về kiểm soát chi phí bếp và quản lý hàng tồn.

Knowledge of kitchen cost control and inventory management.
- Kỹ năng giao tiếp tốt, tinh thần hợp tác và kỷ luật cao.

Good communication skills, strong teamwork spirit, and high discipline.
