**Contexte et environnement***:

- Communicating with plants and contractors for related technical / safety requirements in & out the project;
- Projects are executed in operating environments with very strict safety regulations & tight schedules;
- High traveling frequency between working offices and project sites at Total’s affiliates within Vietnam;
- Follow-up one or many simultaneous projects at the same site or other sites.

- **Key Activities**:

- Develop detail SOW (initiated by leader). Site survey/ data collecting (as required)
- Coordinate w/ purchasing/ supplier/ plants during tender/execution
- Supplier sourcing/ develop vendor list
- Pre-due diligence/ audit suppliers (as required)
- Collaborate w/ plants & reporting
- Administration
- Fulfill other tasks and/or assignments requested by the line managers whom the employee directly/indirectly reports to, and/or tasks requested by the Board of Management
- Bachelor's degree of Mechanical/Electrical/Automation Engineering or equivalent.
- Have at least 02 years of working experience (preferably in Oil & Gas, Petroleum, Chemical Industry)
- Having basic knowledge of:

- Design & construction standards: API, ASME, ASTM,
- Firefighting system, rotating & static mechanical equipment, and electrical system.
- Fire and explosion safety.
- Good planning and communication skills.
- Computer literacy: MS Office, AutoCAD.
- Ability to speak fluently both Vietnamese and English.
