**Job description**:
In this position you will be responsible for aiding and assisting our Project Managers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of projects to clients.

**JOB DESCRIPTIONS**
- Manage timeline and team workload.
- Become the contact point between relevant parties, mainly clients and team to make sure all the requirements/information are transparent and correctly understood.
- Coordinate with internal team members including developers, testers, managers, and others to keep the timeline of every deliverable.
- Make sure our implementations and deployments are functioning correctly based on project requirements.
- Constantly monitor and report on project progress to all stakeholders.
- Manage project risks/issues and make decision when necessary
- Communication with Project Managers based in our US office

**Your skills and experience**:

- At least 1-year working experience (less than 3 years) in Project Management, especially in IT project management.
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written in English is an absolute must.
- Experience of at least one project management methodology and is familiar with others.
- Understand the fundamentals of project management skills: planning, risk management, task management, deliverables management change requests management.
- Be familiar with the project management tools.
- Demonstrated ability of handling multi-tasks in a dynamic environment.
- Proactive, can do attitude and eager to learn.
- Strong at Interpersonal skills, able to work independently.
- Knowledge in Magento/Shopify/BigCommerce is a plus.
