- Hỗ trợ Đội trưởng PVHL, kiểm soát qui định phục vụ theo đúng tiêu chuẩn công việc
- Giám sát việc tác nghiệp của nhân viên
- Báo cáo hoạt động của đội cho Trưởng phòng phục vụ sân đỗ
- Phân công công tác cho nhân viên trong đội đảm bảo nhân sự phục vụ phù hợp theo tiêu chuẩn;
- Phối hợp với các bộ phận liên quan để thưc hiện nhiệm vụ được giao luôn đạt hiệu quả cao;
- Tham mưu cho Đội trưởng trong việc lập kế hoạch, phân tích hoạt động của đội nhằm đảm bảo an toàn và nâng cao chất lượng dịch vụ.
- Tham gia hướng dẫn đào tạo chuyên môn nghiệp vụ cho nhân viên cấp dưới nhằm hạn chế những sai sót trong quá trình phục vụ;
- Theo sự phân công của Đội trưởng, thực hiện chấm công và đánh giá nhận xét chất lượng phục vụ nhân viên theo định kỳ
- Tuân thủ tuyệt đối các quy định, quy trình an toàn sức khỏe lao động
- Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ của Đội trưởng khi Đội trưởng vắng mặt và các nhiệm vụ khác do cấp trên giao.

- _Report team activities to the parking lot service supervisor _
- _Assign work to employees in the team to ensure that they provide appropriate services according to standards; _
- _Coordinate with relevant departments to efficiently execute assigned tasks at all times; _
- _Suggest the team leader to plan and analyze team activities to ensure safety and improve service quality. _
- _Provide professional training to subordinates to limit errors in services; _
- _According to the allocation of the captain, regular timing and quality evaluations are conducted on employees _
- _Absolute compliance with occupational health and safety regulations and procedures _
- _Fulfill the duties of the captain and other responsibilities assigned by superiors in the absence of the captain._

**Requirements**:

- Nam: Tuổi từ 25-44
- Bằng lái xe B2 trở lên

- Tốt nghiệp Phổ thông trung học trở lên

**2. Kinh nghiệm**:
Có ít nhất 3 năm kinh nghiệm quản lí trong lĩnh vục liên quan
**3. Yêu cầu khác**:

- Ưu tiên ứng viên Tiếng Anh
