- Giám sát chặt chẽ việc tác nghiệp của nhân viên nhằm đảm bảo tất cả nhân viên trong đội quản lý phải tuân thủ các quy định, quy chế về an ninh an toàn trong hoạt động khai thác
- Báo cáo hoạt động của đội cho Trưởng phòng phục vụ sân đỗ nhằm chấn chỉnh kịp thời những sai sót có thể xảy ra;
- Căn cứ vào lịch bay phân công công tác cho nhân viên trong đội đảm bảo nhân sự phục vụ phù hợp theo tiêu chuẩn;
- Phối hợp với các bộ phận liên quan để thưc hiện nhiệm vụ được giao luôn đạt hiệu quả cao;
- Tham mưu cho Trưởng phòng trong việc lập kế hoạch, phân tích hoạt động của đội nhằm đảm bảo an toàn và nâng cao chất lượng dịch vụ.
- Tham gia hướng dẫn đào tạo chuyên môn nghiệp vụ cho nhân viên cấp dưới nhằm hạn chế những sai sót trong quá trình phục vụ;
- Thực hiện chấm công và đánh giá nhận xét chất lượng phục vụ nhân viên theo định kỳ;
- Tuân thủ tuyệt đối các quy định, quy trình an toàn sức khỏe lao động
- Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ khác do cấp trên giao.
- _Supervise staff performance to ensure all staffs must follow the safety/security’s regulations in operations _
- _Report the team’s activities to Ramp Service Manager in order to timely correct the possible mistakes. _
- _Assign tasks for the staff in a shift base on the flight schedule to assure the suitable positions for staff according to the standards. _
- _Coordinate with the related divisions to assure the quality of the assigned tasks _
- _Assist the Ramp Service Manager in planning, evaluating the team’s activities to maintain the safety and develop the service quality. _
- _Participate in guiding, training the new staff and the lower level staff in order to limit the possible mistakes during the service process _
- _Do the timekeeping and appraise the staff’s service quality commentaries periodically. _
- _Strictly comply with policies, procedures of OH&S _
- _Perform other duties as assigned by upper level manager_

**Requirements**:

- Nam/Nữ: Tuổi từ 22-45

**1. Học vấn**:

- Tốt nghiệp Đại học trở lên

**2. Ngoại ngữ**:

- Tiếng Anh: Ưu tiên TOEIC 500 trở lên

**3. Kinh nghiệm: **
Có ít nhất 3 năm kinh nghiệm làm việc trong lĩnh vực liên quan (ít nhất 1 năm kinh nghiệm quản lý)
**4. Yêu cầu khác**:

- Có sức khỏe tốt, có khả năng làm việc trong môi trường áp lực, nắng nóng và tiếng ồn
- Sẵn sàng làm việc theo ca.
- Cẩn thận, trung thực và trách nhiệm, tinh thần giúp đỡ trong công việc.
