As an Event & Operation Executive, you will be responsible for the independent delivery of profound administrative services in a local and a global context. Ensure service levels are delivered in line with site requirements.

**Your responsibilities include, but not limited to**:

- Provide support to Marketing and Field force function with a full range of administrative support to assist with the success of the company such as logistics and materials of symposia, congresses, events, conferences, workshops training sessions with registration, coordination, organizing as instructed; Assist Product Managers or KAM on proposal, request, contract, expense reports, ad-hoc tasks.
- Ensure accurate control of documentation and co-ordinate with other functions for team achievement; Record marketing expenses, marketing materials, marketing travel arrangements; Responsible for processing expenses and advance for marketing activities; Liaise with vendor on purchasing/replenishment for Marketing meeting if requested.
- Ensures all promotional processes are in adherence to guidelines and act in compliance with Code of Ethics.
- Coordinate key meetings/events/conferences/workshops and department meetings. Attend meetings and produce material and meeting notes accurately if required.
- Maintain some basic knowledge of all products so inquiries from both vendors and customers can be primarily managed in the absence of a member of the FF team.

**Role Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Pharmacy.
- Fluent in both Vietnamese and English, with strong communication skills.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in organizing marketing events.
- Prior experience working in a multinational pharmaceutical company is a plus.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
