- Căn cứ vào lịch làm việc bố trí vị trí phục vụ cho nhân viên trong ca đảm bảo đủ nhân sự phục vụ phù hợp theo tiêu chuẩn.
- Giám sát chặt chẽ việc tác nghiệp của nhân viên nhằm đảm bảo tất cả nhân viên trong ca trực phải tuân thủ các quy định, quy chế về an ninh an toàn trong hoạt động khai thác.
- Báo cáo hoạt động của ca cho Đội trưởng nhằm chấn chỉnh kịp thời những sai sót có thể xảy ra.
- Phối hợp với các bộ phận liên quan để thưc hiện nhiệm vụ được giao luôn đạt hiệu quả cao.
- Tham mưu cho Đội trưởng trong việc lập kế hoạch, phân tích hoạt động của đội nhóm nhằm đảm bảo an toàn và nâng cao chất lượng dịch vụ.
- Tham gia hướng dẫn đào tạo chuyên môn nghiệp vụ cho nhân viên cấp dưới nhằm hạn chế những sai sót trong quá trình phục vụ;
- Thực hiện chấm công và đánh giá nhận xét chất lượng phục vụ nhân viên trong ca theo quy định của trung tâm.
- Tuân thủ tuyệt đối các quy định, quy trình an toàn sức khỏe lao động.
- Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ khác do cấp trên giao.
- _Assign tasks for the staff in a shift base on the flight schedule to assure the suitable positions for staff according to the standards. _
- _Supervise staff performance to ensure all staffs within the working shift must follow the safety/security’s regulations in operations. _
- _Report the division’s activities to Team leader in order to timely correct the possible mistakes. _
- _Coordinate with the related divisions to assure the the quality of the assigned tasks. _
- _Assist the Loading team leader in planning, evaluating the team’s activities to maintain the safety and develop the service quality. _
- _Participate in guiding, training the new staff and the lower level staff in order to limit the possible mistakes during the service process. _
- _Do the timekeeping and appraise the staff’s service quality according to center’s regulations. _
- _Strictly comply with policies, procedures of OH&S. _
- _Perform other duties as assigned by upper level manager._

**Requirements**:
**1. Học vấn**:

- Tốt nghiệp Đại học trở lên.

**2. Kinh nghiệm**:

- Có ít nhất 5 năm kinh nghiệm làm việc trong lĩnh vực phục vụ sân đỗ, 3 năm làm Tài liệu / Điều phối / Thông thoại thực tế.

**3. Ngoại ngữ**:

- Tiếng Anh: giao tiếp, có khả năng đọc hiểu văn bản tiếng Anh, chứng chỉ TOEIC từ 500 điểm trở lên.

**4. Độ tuổi**:

- Nam: Tuổi từ 22-45.

**5.Yêu cầu khác**:

- Có sức khỏe tốt, có khả năng làm việc trong môi trường áp lực, nắng nóng và tiếng ồn.
- Sẵn sàng làm việc theo ca.
- Cẩn thận, trung thực và trách nhiệm, tinh thần giúp đỡ trong công việc.
- Suy nghĩ tích cực.

- _Bachelor or higher. _

**_2. Experience:_**_ _
- _Minimum 5 years working experience in Ramp Services, 3 years working in Load Control / Ramp Coordinator / Headset. _

**_3. Language Skills _**
- _English: basic communication, can read English document, TOEIC 500 and above. _

**_4. Age:_**_ _
- _Male: Age: 22-45 years old. _

**_5. Other requirements _**
- _Good health, be able to work under pressure, hot and noisy environment. _
- _Willing to work by shift. _
- _Careful, honest, responsible & teamwork. _
- _Positive thinking._
