**What you will do**:
- Talent Scouting: Actively seeking out new artists and bands through various channels, including live performances, online platforms, and industry networking;
- Liaison Role: Serving as the primary point of contact between the artist and the company, communicating information and facilitating collaboration;
- Contract Negotiation: Assisting with contract negotiations between the artist and the company;
- Marketing and Promotion: Working with marketing teams to support artist's visibility and reach;
- Staying Informed: Monitoring industry trends, analyzing market data, and keeping abreast of competing artists and distributors;
- Other jobs as per requested.
**What you will need**:
- Have passion for Music: Having knowledge of music genres, production techniques, and the creative process is an advantage;
- Networking Skills: The ability to build and maintain strong relationships with artists, producers, and other industry professionals;
- Communication Skills: Clear and effective communication is crucial for conveying information and facilitating collaboration;
- Analytical Skills: Analyzing market trends, identifying potential hits;
- Strong Work Ethic: A&R work can be demanding, often involving long hours, unpredictable schedules, and a high volume of work;
- Experience creating content for social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, etc.) is a plus.
