We are seeking an experienced professional for the role of Learning & Development Collaborator, as part of the Organizational Development Team at ZALO Group. The Organizational Development (“OD”) is responsible partially for the need assessment and the design, implementation and evaluation of programs that facilitate the professional development and continuous learning of ZA employees.
- Working hour:From Monday to Friday with no time recorded. However, most of our training sessions will occur from 9 AM to 5 PM, which may require you to arrive early and stay late.

**What you will do**:

- In charge of the end-to-end development & implementation of Learning & Development programs, including but not limited to:

- Facilitate the design and development of learning programs with functional stakeholders and organizational leaders;
- Oversee in-class learning experience: schedules, venues, classroom logistics, learning materials and coordination between trainers and learners;
- Ensure timely processing and reporting on training metrics and vendors;
- Liaise with Communication and PR stakeholders to implement the promotion plan.

**E-Learning & Compliance Training Administration: (15%)**
- Monitor the usage of e-learning accounts and the completion status of compulsory compliance trainings;

**Training Needs Analysis: (15%)**
- Conduct annual training needs assessments, liaise with HRBP to identifying skill gaps and development opportunities across departments & teams;
- Coordinate the approval and implementation of the annual learning plan in alignment with business goals.

**Others: (10%)**
- Enhance the organization’s market intelligence for learning and development through continuous market research, including learning trends, prominent training service providers, etc;
- Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the line manager.

**What you will need**:

- At least 1-year proven experience in managing training operations, designing training programs, and sourcing training providers is required. Additional qualifications for the role include:

- Prioritizing and Planning Skills: Ability to structure, handle, and prioritize workloads effectively;
- Implementation skills: Able to resolve problems independently and ensure timely implementation with committed quality of deliverables;
- Attention to details: Ability to be meticulous, precise, and thorough;
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and oral communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders, especially senior stakeholders;
- Technology savvy: Ability to quickly learn and adopt technology tools. (MS PowerPoint (advanced level), MS Excel (intermediate level), Graphic Design (intermediate level, e.g.: Canva).
