We are seeking an experienced professional for the role of Learning & Development Lead, as part of the Organizational Development Team at ZALO Group. The Organizational Development (“OD”) is responsible for supporting the assessment of organizational needs and the design, implementation and evaluation of programs that facilitate the professional development and continuous learning of ZA employees, particularly executives and emerging leaders.
- Working hour**: Flexible working hours from Monday to Friday with no time recording. However, most of our training sessions will occur from 9 AM to 5 PM, which may require you to arrive early and stay late.

**What you will do**:
**Curriculum & Training Development (50%)**
- Develop learning curriculum/pathways to meet organizational and learner needs based on pre-defined set of competency;
- Create and audit learning materials, including but not limited to manuals, study guides, and training materials;
- Facilitate classroom training if required using various techniques, e.g., group discussions, reflections, and learning recaps;

**Learning & Development Partner (40%)**
- Provide market intelligence on latest learning solutions for stakeholders when required;
- Manage and control the learning and development budget and expenses;

**Training Delivery Supervision (10%)**
- Supervise and ensure smooth operation for learning projects;
- Supervise e-learning activities (Coursera/Udemy) of Zalo Group.

**What you will need**:

- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field is required, along with at least 5 years of proven experience in managing training operations, designing training programs, and sourcing training providers;

**Additional qualifications for the role include**:

- Multitasking Skill: Ability to structure, handle, and prioritize workloads effectively;
- Partnering Skill: Ability to work with stakeholders at different seniority;
- Structural Thinking: Ability to organize complex information into a coherent flow;
- Attention to Detail: Ability to be meticulous, precise, and thorough;
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and oral communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders, especially senior stakeholders;
- Technology Savvy: Ability to quickly learn and adopt technology tools;
- Technical Skills: Advanced MS PowerPoint, intermediate MS Excel, and basic graphic design (e.g., Canva).
