- Plan multi-channel communication quarterly, monthly based on sales goals & optimal costs on revenue.
- Effectively manage multi-channel communication campaigns for promotions and product lines.
- Allocate resources to each channel to ensure the results of the bank's marketing activities as well as to achieve the goals of operational indicators and business goals.
- Optimize the effectiveness of Digital Marketing activities with KPIs and tool indicators that can measure performance, Conversion Rate.
- Planning, tracking metrics and optimal performance of the Digital Marketing team.
- Work with Content Marketing and Visual teams in optimizing media images.
- Collaborate with other departments to monitor and report, update work progress, performance results.

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- University degree or above majoring in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, Information Technology...
- Solid project management skills: collaborate with cross-functional partners, prioritize high-impact activities, and keep complex projects moving forward.
- Strong growth track record, with samples and results of past campaigns.
- 1-2 years of marketing experience at similar positions.
- Experience and knowledge of reading and understanding business indicators, reading comprehension and good use of BI is an advantage.
- Have good knowledge of Digital Marketing and grasp the latest trends of Digital Marketing.
- Having knowledge about Crypto, Blockchain or having the spirit to learn is a plus.
- English proficiency.
