BSS Group is looking for English content freelancers to help us create high-quality educational content for our website. The focus will be on B2B, retail, eCommerce and technology topics, providing valuable knowledge and practical insights to our audience.

1. Job Requirements
We need writers who can:

- Write clear, concise, and engaging articles in proficient American/ British English with strong editing and proofreading skills.
- Conduct in-depth research on complex topics in eCommerce, B2B, retail, technology, delivering profound knowledge and actionable insights that resonate with our target audience.
- Create original and plagiarism-free content, using AI detection tools and plagiarism checkers to ensure authenticity.

2. Job Responsibilities
As a content freelancer for BSS Group, you’ll:

- Research and create detailed outlines for assigned topics, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
- Write 100% original, well-researched, and SEO-friendly content that is easy to understand and engaging for readers.
- Optimize content following SEO best practices, including the use of provided keywords, meta tags, and internal linking.
- Create media elements (e.g., images, charts) to enhance the visual appeal and comprehension of your articles.

4. What We Provide
- Pre-approved topics, keyword lists, and specific article requirements to guide your work.
- Articles ranging from 2,000 to 3,500 words, ensuring enough room to explore the topic in depth.

5. Payment
- You'll receive up to 260đ per word based on your expertise, around VND 1,000,000/blog post. (Higher rates can be negotiated based on the quality of test articles)
- We'll work on 2-3 revisions for each blog post to ensure top-notch quality.
- Important note:
Please note that we will only pay for articles that meet our quality standards. If the test article fails to meet key criteria from the start, we will disqualify it without further feedback or payment. Additionally, the article will not be published on any of BSS's channels.
Two key criteria we use to qualify or disqualify articles are:
+ Valuable and accurate information: Articles must provide useful, accurate, and well-researched information tailored to the target audience.
+ Clear and logical structure: Articles should include clear headings and bullet points organized in a logical flow. The writing must be clear, concise, and easy for the reader to grasp.

6. How You’ll Work With Us
- Send us your resume, portfolio and writing samples: You can submit them directly in Upwork. We’ll contact qualified applicants to proceed with the test.
- Receive the test: We’ll send you the topic, detailed requirements, and an agreed price for the article.
- Draft the article: Submit a polished draft, ensuring it’s checked for grammar, readability, plagiarism, and AI detection.
- Review and revise: BSS Group will provide feedback for revisions (up to 3 rounds) to refine the article for publication. We have created a detailed checklist for both writers and BSS reviewers to follow. Please make sure to review this checklist before you start writing and carefully double-check your articles against the listed criteria before submitting.
- Final approval: Once approved, we’ll publish and distribute the article.
- Get paid: Payments are made monthly based on the number of approved articles and their prices.
