Senior Data Analyst

**I. KEY JOB DUTIES**
- Lead the gathering, processing, and analysis of extensive datasets to uncover trends and insights that can enhance in-game performance and player experience.
- Mentor and guide junior data analysts, fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making within the team.
- Collaborate closely with various teams, including game designers, developers, UA, and product managers, to define game objectives and provide strategic, data-driven recommendations.
- Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive dashboards, reports, and visualizations to effectively communicate key performance indicators and strategic insights to stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Proactively identify and champion areas for growth and optimization by leading the analysis of player behavior, in-game economy, and content performance.
- Oversee the design and implementation of A/B tests to evaluate the effectiveness of proposed changes, ensuring statistical significance and providing informed recommendations.
- Continuously monitor and analyze game performance to ensure product goals are met and to inform and influence future development strategies.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, tools, and best practices in gaming analytics to drive ongoing improvement and innovation within the team.

**II. EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENT / SKILLS / ATTRIBUTES**
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
- A minimum of 5+ years of experience in data analytics, preferably within the gaming industry.
- Expert proficiency in SQL and extensive experience handling large datasets and complex data structures.
- Mastery of data visualization tools (e.g., Looker Studio, Power BI) and a strong ability to present complex data effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proven experience in statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and data modeling techniques.
- Deep understanding and practical experience with A/B testing and experimental design principles.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork abilities, with the capacity to lead projects and mentor team members in a dynamic, team-focused environment.
- A passion for gaming and a deep understanding of game mechanics and player behavior.
