We are looking for a **Senior Data Analyst**.

**YOUR MISSION**

Working with the Vietnam's No.#1 Platform of **Social Listening**, **Influencer Analytics** and **Social Trend Analytics** to conduct Customized Research for YouNet Media:

- Maintain the attractiveness of YouNet Media's rankings to give the valuable data for biggest brands in Vietnam market.
- Findout actionable insights from Social Data for Marketing team to use them effectively on Marketing Materials.
- Conduct customized researchs for Marketing campaigns or Business Development Team.

**ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES**

**Data Collection & Processing (55%)**
- Keyword Generation & Data Collection:

- Utilize the SocialHeat tool owned by YouNet Media to generate keywords and collect data from social media platforms such as Facebook, Tiktok, Online News, YouTube
- This includes identifying key words, phrases, and hashtags related to the company's products and brand.
- Data Processing & Basic Report Generation:

- After data collection, process it to eliminate noise and create a clean data set.
- Use this data to generate basic reports, including key information about opinions, trends, and reactions from the online community regarding the company's products and brand.
- Ensure that these reports meet the commitments made to Clients and are submitted on time.

**Project Management (15%)**
- Proactively manage individual projects to meet client expectations.
- Monitor and coordinate with team members and other stakeholders to ensure timely completion of team projects with high quality

**Client Servicing (20%)**
- Handle requests and address inquiries from clients regarding data and dashboards promptly.
- Proactively engage with clients to ensure clear communication of project information.

**Cost Management (5%)**
- Support Data Lead in ensuring that internal project costs align with the client's budget and desired timeline.
- Proactively seek and propose initiatives to optimize data processing workflows (methods, timing, etc.).

**Others (5%)**
- Participate in training new team members on system usage.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team on branding projects.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Business Development Director.

**REQUIREMENTS**

**Education**
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing or related in Data Analytics

**Skill**
- Proficient understanding of social media platforms and their operations.
- Skills in data analysis and basic report generation.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Attention to detail and meticulousness.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.

**Experience**
- At least 2 years at the same position is a plus

**Others**
- Nice to have: English ~ TOEIC 800
