**MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC**
- Chúng tôi đang tìm kiếm một Senior Data Analyst đam mê ngành game, có khả năng trực quan hóa dữ liệu xuất sắc, và từng có kinh nghiệm xử lý, phân tích dữ liệu phục vụ cho các chiến dịch marketing game. Ứng viên sẽ làm việc chặt chẽ với các team Marketing, UA, Branding và Product để cung cấp insight có chiều sâu, thúc đẩy tăng trưởng hiệu quả.

**TRÁCH NHIỆM CHÍNH**
- Trực quan hóa dữ liệu bằng các công cụ như Tableau, Power BI, hoặc Google Data Studio nhằm hỗ trợ ra quyết định cho các chiến dịch marketing.
- Phân tích dữ liệu từ các kênh UA (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, ASA, TikTok, v.v.), in-game tracking, CRM để đo lường hiệu quả chiến dịch và hành vi người dùng.
- Xây dựng và tự động hóa các dashboard theo dõi KPIs: CPI, ROAS, LTV, DAU, retention, CPA, churn rate,...
- Hợp tác với đội Marketing và Game Product để thiết kế A/B test, đo lường hiệu quả các thử nghiệm creative, targeting, reward,...
- Phân tích cohort, funnel và các chỉ số chuyển đổi từ marketing đến in-game.
- Đề xuất giải pháp tối ưu hóa chi phí UA và tăng trưởng người dùng dựa trên dữ liệu.

**Yêu cầu**:

- Tối thiểu 2-3 năm kinh nghiệm làm phân tích dữ liệu, ưu tiên trong ngành game hoặc digital marketing.
- Thành thạo SQL, Excel nâng cao, và ít nhất một công cụ BI (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, v.v.).
- Có kinh nghiệm xử lý dữ liệu lớn từ game analytics platforms (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Firebase, GameAnalytics...) là lợi thế.
- Hiểu biết tốt về các chỉ số marketing game: CPI, ROAS, LTV, funnel analysis, CAC...
- Có khả năng kể chuyện bằng dữ liệu (data storytelling) và truyền đạt insight dễ hiểu cho non-tech stakeholders.
- Biết sử dụng Python/R để xử lý hoặc visualize dữ liệu là một điểm cộng.
