**Were looking for a Product Data Analyst to uncover usage and user insights to guide us through this next phase of hyper-growth**

**Responsibilities**:
While the Product Data Analyst role at Visily requires strong competence in data and statistical analysis, equally important is business acumen and product knowledge: because the product organization will rely on your valuable insights & reports to make key decisions about the product, you need to be well-informed on the goals of the business, product, etc., to provide the best insights possible.

As a fast-moving startup, the work youll do may vary from week to week, however, core responsibilities for this role include:

- ** Developing & reporting on metrics**: With each new feature launch, youll own all facets of success measurement and reporting, along with key insights about adoption.
- ** Ensuring high data hygiene and governance standards across the team**: As a member of our Data & Insights team, youll have the responsibility (with other team members) to ensure we maintain the highest standards with regard to data quality & governance. When data quality or reliability issues arise, youll be quick to report on and remedy them.
- ** Providing ad hoc analysis and insights on key initiatives**: Youll proactively investigate and surface insights around key areas of product adoption & usage patterns.
- Superb command of written and spoken English; a significant part of this job entails communicating nuanced and complex findings in English with an international team of employees, investors, and others
- 3+ years of data analytics experience in a software company with a solid track record
- Deep understanding of best practices vis-a-vis modern ETL processes, tooling, & data warehouses, along with prior experience working with data engineers to ensure data is accurate, timely, and accessible
- Mastery in Excel, Python, R, SQL, or other similar tools, as well as data visualization tools to communicate insights effectively.
- Ability to conduct regression analyses, A/B & MVT experiments, root cause analyses, and other statistical operations to provide quantitative product insights
- This role interfaces regularly with US-based CEO, so ability to meet 1-2 times per week during evening hours is critical.
