**Market and compset analysis**: The Digital Business Executive will analyze the market & compset to understand the needs of customers and provide suitable solutions for the hotel.
**Customer research**: The Digital Business Executive will conduct research on the hotel's customers to understand their needs and find ways to provide the best services to them.
**Develop digital business strategy**: The Digital Business Executive will coordinate with Digital Transformation Director to develop a digital business strategy for the hotel, including online advertising plans, optimizing online platforms, developing the website, and enhancing social media presence.
**Manage business on website and online platforms**: The Digital Business Executive will manage the hotel's business on the website and online platforms, ensuring they are regularly updated and meet the needs of customers.
**Manage online sales and marketing campaigns**: The Digital Business Executive will manage the hotel's online sales and marketing campaigns to deliver information about the hotel to the right target audience.
**Optimize hotel amenities**: The Digital Business Executive will optimize hotel amenities such as restaurants, spas, conferences, and other services on online platforms to attract customers and increase revenue.
**Evaluate the effectiveness of the digital business strategy**: The Digital Business Executive will evaluate the effectiveness of the digital business strategy and provide improvements to enhance the effectiveness of the hotel's digital business activities.
**Seek new business opportunities**: The Digital Business Executive will search for new business opportunities for the hotel on online platforms to increase revenue and differentiate from other competitive rivals. Additionally, the Digital Business Executive may collaborate with partners to enhance promotion and develop the hotel's brand on online platforms.
Provide training and guidance for operating e-commerce platforms: The Digital Business Executive will provide training and guidance for operating e-commerce systems to optimize operating processes and reduce personnel costs.
Regularly update on market trends, operational activities, and online reputation to support the hotel in improving quality and presence on digital platforms.
