**Job description**:
**Job Purpose**

Lead the technical direction and full-stack development efforts of cross-functional teams. Act as a hands-on developer and mentor, ensuring high-quality software delivery, system scalability, and code maintainability while aligning with business goals.

**Key Responsibilities**

**1. Technical Leadership**
- Define and drive architecture and technical direction for fullstack systems.
- Ensure adoption of best practices in coding, testing, and DevOps.
- Review code, manage technical debt, and enforce quality standards.
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation in technology and process.

**2. Project Execution**
- Oversee end-to-end software delivery - from requirements to deployment.
- Break down complex problems into actionable tasks.
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners and Designers to align scope with business objectives.
- Identify risks and lead technical troubleshooting and resolution.

**3. Team Collaboration & Mentorship**
- Mentor junior and mid-level developers in both frontend and backend.
- Promote a culture of learning, collaboration, and ownership.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and peer reviews.

**4. Stakeholder Communication**
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to manage expectations and timelines.
- Provide technical guidance to cross-functional teams and non-tech stakeholders.

**Your skills and experience**:
**Technical Skills**
- 5+ years in software development, with 2+ years in a leadership role.
- Proficiency in fullstack development:

- Frontend: React.js, Angular, or Vue.js
- Backend: Node.js,.NET, or Java/Spring Boot
- Database: PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB
- Experience in system architecture, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiar with microservices, RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and unit/integration testing.

**Soft Skills**
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally and deliver under pressure.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Exposure to DevOps tools: Docker, Kubernetes, GitOps.
- Knowledge of security best practices and performance optimization.
