**Key Job Descriptions**
- Technical Lead for PHY design team. Work with design teams to execute design from specification to final product.
- Design review for block and top design/verification to sign off
- Lead research activities for new design architect and design flow
- Join global technical team to discuss common topics of technology and design flow
- Join customer meetings to lead technical topics
- Join global technical forum to discuss industrial standards that relevant to team's products
**Key Requirements**:
- BS/MS/PhD in Electronics Engineering, Electromechanics, Telecommunications.
- 14+ years of experience in Analog Mixed Signal Design.
- 7+ years of experience in High Speed Interface designs (DDR or HBM or HBI or Serdes)
- 5+ years of experience in Design Management, Project Lead positions
- 5+ years of experience in communication with customer
- For Manager position: 5+ years of experience in managing engineer team.
- Strong team player
- Excellent with English communication
- Experienced with academic research is a plus
- Grow mindset, positive attitude
