Processes help us repeat what works, but meaningful outcomes remain our North Star. - ** Truth Seeking**:We seek truth with intellectual honesty, sharp critical thinking, and fact-driven reasoning. **The Opportunity**: **What You Will Do**: - Be responsible for the delivery of our projects: - It’s a hands-on role so we expect you to do hands-on coding and do code reviews with your squad members. - Work closely with our Product Managers and Engineering Lead to guide our clients in their product development journey and ensure our projects are delivered efficiently following our best practices. - Lead the technical architecture and design discussions, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability of the software. - Mentor team members: - Provide technical guidance to your team, ensuring they follow best practices and adopt the right tools and frameworks - Participate in our recruitment process: - Provide insights to and collaborate closely with the Head of Engineering to: - Lead technology comparison and engineering process improvements - Coordinate activities between all engineering areas. **Requirements**: - ** 7+ years or more of professional web development experience**. Experience in Ruby, JavaScript (Node.JS) or Go is preferred. - Prior experience as a Tech Lead for squads of 5 or more is required. - At least 1 year of DevOps experience with tools such as: Terraform, Redis, AWS, Docker and Kubernetes. - Hands-on software development experience.
