- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into clear, actionable functional requirements.
- Develop and maintain detailed documentation including **BRD, SRS, user stories, and use cases**.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, following **Agile/Scrum methodologies**.
- Conduct requirement workshops, gap analysis, and process mapping to identify improvements.
- Act as a **bridge between business users and technical teams**, ensuring shared understanding.
- Ensure **traceability and alignment** between business goals and delivered solutions.
- Participate in **testing, validation, and acceptance** processes to guarantee solution quality.

- **2+ years of experience** as a Business Analyst in software or digital projects.
- Solid understanding of **Agile and Scrum frameworks**.
- Proficiency in creating and managing **BRD, SRS, and product documentation**.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent **communication and interpersonal skills**.
- Fluent in **English** (spoken & written).
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a **fast-paced environment**.
