**JOB PURPOSE/MISSION**:

- This position is required to technically support the Vietnam ACC centre & Business office, on a day-to-day basis, manage, maintain, and report on the operational status of the production systems and networks that Ingenico relies on for its processing, including Internal IT & Customer facing Environments.
- The Critical Operational (MIS, EM, TMS etc) systems are in a few on-site locations in Hanoi ( 2 sites), Jabil (factory) & a remote office in Ho Chi Minh city (HCM); Vietnam being a key business site for the TSS LOB.
- The role will also encompass the support of the organization’s communications infrastructure, Active part in Security tightening, and controls, leading to Compliance.
- This position will need to develop operational release and escalation procedures to bring Ingenico Vietnam in line with ITIL standards.

REPORTING TO: Local Country manager (indirect)

Key Responsibilities:

- Technical Support, Maintain and report operational SLAs of all Ingenico’s VN systems.
- Focus & Obsession on Client satisfaction, Service performance and availability. (CSAT,SLA/OLA as KPI)
- Proven interpersonal skill in relating to programmers, network engineers and other technical people, ability to work efficiently in a team environment
- ( local & Regional Time zones )
- Management of internal technical Projects ,& active participation in Group Initiated transformational projects
- Provider & Vendor management in areas of : Datacentres, Hardware, Software, CSP ‘s (Communication Service Providers)
- Active participation in any new M&A related or such Business expansion initiatives
- Develop, document & Maintain best practices, (ITIL) processes, and procedures related to ALL aspects of IT Infrastructure & Reporting capabilities.
- Develop and maintain disaster recovery plans for all Ingenico VN systems CIT landscape
- Help the regional manager in IT Budget/financial planning & control functions.
- Participate in any internal/external IT/ISO Audits TSS-CIO (HQ) APAC Regional IT Director IT Engineer Regional Manager
- To act in accordance with relevant Workers Health and Safety legislation and the company’s WH&S policy.
- To act in accordance with relevant Environmental legislation and the company’s Environmental policy.

**Salary**: 260,000₫ - 390,000₫ per year

- Hà Nội: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
