  • Design, develop, and validate optimization models, algorithms, and simulation-based solutions.
  • Build production-ready analytical components using Python and best software engineering practices.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to translate business problems into analytical models and deliver actionable insights.
  • Implement and maintain CI/CD workflows to support scalable model deployment.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate analytical solutions into production systems.
  • Communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Yêu cầu công việc

Must have:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Data Scientist or in a similar analytical/engineering-focused role.
  • Strong expertise in Python and software engineering principles — version control, testing, modular coding, and CI/CD workflows
  • Solid background in optimization and algorithm design (mixed integer programming, heuristic methods, simulation modeling).
  • Familiarity with optimization solvers and modeling frameworks such as Gurobi, CPLEX, Pyomo, or OR-Tools.
  • Fluent spoken and written English communication.

Nice to have:

  • Proficiency in data engineering concepts, including SQL, ETL, data modeling, and data quality management.
  • Experience working in cross-functional product teams alongside software engineers and UX designers.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • A mindset focused on scalability, maintainability, and engineering rigor — balancing analytical depth with production readiness.
