We are looking for a talented **People Operations cum. Employer Branding Specialist** to join our Back Office team in Hanoi. You will create the best working environment for Got It-ians to thrive. - **This is a full-time, on-site position in Hanoi.**

**The Core Job**

1. People Operations
- Plan, propose, and execute L&D (Learning & Development) activities.
- Plan, propose, and execute team bonding activities.
- Learn our team members’ issues beforehand and work with various stakeholders to help solve them in advance.
- Work to ensure all the benefits have been fulfilled well (lunch & dinner, birthday gifts, work anniversary, etc.).
- Execute all the onboarding and offboarding activities to ensure such activities have strictly followed the team rules and labor policies.
- Other people-operations-related tasks.

2. Employer Branding
- Collaborate with HR team members to ensure all branding activities are aligned with the company’s recruitment strategy.
- Brainstorm, propose, and create new engaging content for Got It’s owned media channels (Website, Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn).

**You Must Have**
- Bachelor’s degree in related fields.
- 1+ years of experience in internal communications, IT recruitment, or related fields.
- People-centric and data-driven mindset.
- Impressive problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well with people in a highly multicultural environment.
- Ability to deal well with changes in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent English skills.
