Role Description

We are seeking a skilled DEV Java/React professional for a full-time, on-site position located in the Hanoi Capital Region. The role entails collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain robust Java/React-based applications, optimizing system performance, and ensuring high-quality outputs. The candidate will participate in project discussions, analyze requirements, and provide technical expertise to deliver innovative solutions. Other responsibilities include troubleshooting, debugging, and staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to improve development processes and project outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Technical skills in Software Development and Programming, particularly expertise in Java and React.
  • Strong Analytical Skills to assess project requirements, debug complex issues, and optimize solutions efficiently.
  • Effective Communication skills to collaborate with team members, present ideas, and document processes clearly.
  • Background in Sales or an understanding of customer needs to contribute to user-centric application development is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is highly desirable.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and a solid understanding of web application frameworks are advantageous.
