Senior Logistics Executive

**PURPOSE OF THE POSITION**:
Handle the operational and administrative tasks in all aspects of logistics, order, and inventory management.

**ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS**:
**Warehouse & Inventory Operations**
- Manage all warehouse activities: receiving, stocking, picking, deliveries, and hazardous material handling.
- Lead inventory control processes, including cycle counts, stock rotation, loss prevention, and damage/obsolescence management.
- Ensure warehouse compliance with security, temperature control, and local regulatory standards.
- Maintain accurate inventory master data in SAP, especially batch/serial numbers, item grouping, and pricing.
- Analyze inventory and consignment reports to maintain accuracy and alignment with SOPs.
- Support internal and external audits, ensuring inventory records are accurate and up to date.

**Order & Fulfillment Management**
- Oversee end-to-end order processing: entry, validation, fulfillment, delivery, and invoice issuing.
- Collaborate with Sales, CM, and HQ to manage order books and optimize delivery planning & order forecast.
- Resolve order discrepancies, delays, and customer issues promptly.
- Ensure compliance with contracts, pricing, product configurations, and trade regulations.
- Monitor and improve order accuracy, backlog, and fulfillment KPIs.

**Cross-functional Collaboration & Customer Service**
- Partner with Sales, Finance, RA, Marketing, and IT to streamline the order-to-ship process.
- Coordinate with logistics partners and customers to ensure timely, accurate deliveries and excellent service.
- Respond to customer inquiries and follow up on late or missing deliveries.

**Reporting & Continuous Improvement**
- Provide regular reports and insights on inventory, order fulfillment, and delivery performance.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse efficiency, order management, and customer experience.
- Support Finance Manager (FM) with ad hoc tasks as needed.
- Co-work with FM & CM to set up SOPs for logistic operation.

**BASIC QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field
- Minimum 5 years’ experience within a supply chain and/or logistic operation role
- Good understanding in consignment business
- Strong analytical skills in forecasting, experience in project management and inventory optimization.
- Knowledge in ERP/MRP systems (SAPB1)
- Extensive MS Excel knowledge to develop and maintain current reports.
- Able to multi-task and good time management skills
- Strong problem solving skills
- Good written and spoken English
