**About the Role**

Based in Ho Chi Minh City, the digital media specialist will be managing paid digital media campaign execution, optimization, and reporting across display, video, search, and others. These campaigns aim to strengthen awareness, drive new and repeat users, and ultimately business results for Gojek. This person will be part of a young, dynamic, and results-driven team, and will directly contribute to shaping the future of the team and the business.**What You Will Do**
- Assist in crafting detailed multi-platform digital media plans aligned with the communications strategy - targeting recommendations, formats, cost, and performance estimates
- Coordinate with the marketing team on timelines and requirements such as creative assets and other details
- Execute across all buying platforms as required - Google Ads, Facebook, programmatic, etc - ensuring all SOPs and guidelines are in place
- Closely monitor campaigns, analyze and optimize as needed to deliver the most cost-efficient results; troubleshoot and raise issues as they arise
- Raise purchase orders aligned with media plans and approved budgets; manage planned versus actual spending on internal trackers
- Proactively propose recommendations to improve the performance of current and new campaigns to reach ambitious targets
- Generate and maintain detailed weekly campaign reports, and end-of-campaign reports, detailing all observations, optimizations done, and recommendations moving forward
- Generate and maintain topline reports for benchmarking and monthly/quarterly reviews
- Work with vendor partners to constantly learn and improve on campaigns, and come up with fresh ideas
- Assist in tests and experiments - provide POV, implement tests, and report back findings
- Keep abreast on all new features and products of all the platforms/vendors used

**What You Will Need**
- 2-3 years experience in digital planning and buying
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or relevant field - however, specific and relevant work experience is more important
- Hands-on experience in running campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook, and Apple Search; experience in DSPs, Tiktok and other biddable channels is an advantage
- Basic knowledge of SQL and Google Analytics is a huge advantage
- Experience with app & web analytics tools such as Appsflyer and Google Analytics
- Meticulous and detail-oriented - the ability to handle multiple campaigns at any given time
- Analytical and results-driven - the ability to manipulate and analyze data to come up with action points for optimization and/or experimentation
- Strong sense of ownership and responsibility - an awareness that campaigns directly affect the business and its customers
- Ability to work under pressure and on tight deadlines in a fast-moving environment

**About the Team**

Digital Media Specialist is a part of the Marketing Function under the Gojek Vietnam Regional Team, a lean and powerful team based in Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi - Vietnam. We are in charge of Gojek products and analyzing the customer’s behaviors in order to better cater to our products (GoFood, GoRide, GoCar, and GoSend). Our Marketing Function manages brands' communication and growth, digital ads, CRM, social media, activation, and offline visibility. Most importantly, we hold a crucial role in nurturing the Gojek products as well as being the brand “mediator”, connecting closely with Cross Functionals: Partnership, Operations, Merchants, Corporate Affairs, Government Relations, and Customer Care Unit to name a few.
