**Requirements**:

- Support Supplier Management Team to shortlist and find potential and suitable logistics service provider (International freight, Customs clearance, Domestic transportation and Warehousing) with VELA platform
- Build plan to train supplier to use platform and support when needed
- Guide suppliers register account, create RFI and service cost for (international freight, domestic transportation, customs clearance and warehousing)
- Update contracts and annexes on Supplier Portal
- Support supplier management team to process contract and annexes with supplier
- Participate in the platform development by initiatives and positive comments
- Support others team to test VELA platform
- Receive feedback form suppliers about using the platform and then provide relevant reports and action plans to leader

**Qualifications**
- Third or fourth-year students majoring in Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Foreign Trade University, and related universities (priority given to those who have completed program or are approaching internship period).
- Full-time availability preferred, or able to work at least 3-4 days per week at the company.
- Proficient in computer skills, with good communication skills in English.
- Detail-oriented, eager to learn, quick-thinking, energetic, possessing excellent communication skills and relevant competencies.
- No prior experience required
