Job Summary

Main Objectives

1. Ensure accurate employee data management, seamless onboarding/offboarding, and effective internal communication.

2. Drive operational efficiency through process automation and continuous improvement.

3. Support compliance with internal policies and labor regulations, including audit readiness.

Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate onboarding and offboarding procedures to ensure smooth employee transitions.
- Maintain accurate employee records and uphold data integrity across HR systems.
- Support performance management processes and assist in identifying employee development needs.
- Contribute to career development and succession planning initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies, and assist in audit preparation.
- Collaborate with leadership on workforce planning and provide HR support during organizational changes.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in HR operations or generalist roles.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with automation tools (e.g., Power BI, Power Automate) is an advantage.

- Ability to assess and improve HR processes.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
