- Start a business in Vietnam
- Consult with Legal, accounting and HR matters
- Recruit talents
- Provide corporate licensing and migration services. Provide office space with Saigon coworking* The RoleWe’re looking for someone to make Saigon Coworking great, able to manage a smooth running operation and build up new Saigon coworking locations. You’ll need to be an accomplished multitasker, able to pre-empt issues before they become problems.1. Manage Leads
- Market and advertise our office's space
- Facilitate tours, follow up with leads
- Identify business opportunities for Metasource within Saigon coworking leads.2. Lease Management
- Be responsible for setting and achieving sales objectives, occupancy rates, and pricing
- Maintain a positive relationship with key vendors and our landlords3. Community management
- Solve member-related issues
- Seek out information about the business objectives of member organizations
- Oversee new members' check-in and check-out4. Routine Maintenance
- General maintenance
- Upgrades and repairs5. New Coworking spaces
- Find new properties to expand Saigon Coworking
- Oversee the setup and decoration of new office space for Saigon Coworking.6. Administration
- Prepare membership agreement
- Coordinate with the accounting department for invoices and payments
