**Responsibilities**:
**_Structure & Capacity planning_**
- Perform review as per Group’s request for the issue of Collection team structure, roles assignment to be accordance with new structure (if any).
- Identify the extra resources required to handle gaps/additional workload in process arisen during ISA period.
- Coordinate for Dialer license acquisition.

**_Collection & Dialer Strategies_**
- Harmonize both CMC strategies & auto dialer
- Review and standarize all collection strategies
- Contribute to System Intergration and Migration Strategy.
- Identify system gaps and differences
- Take care of aligning the account treatment (i.e: classification, charge off, write off & etc) accordance to the standardized policy

**_Policy Standardization & Alignment_**
- Policy standardization & alignment
- Legal & Outsourcing agreement

**_Vendor Management & Regulators_**
- Scale fee review & standardization
- Workflow review & standardization

**_Reports Preparation_**
- Delinquency Report - realignment on the format, frequency
- Forecasting & budgeting - realignment on the format, frequency & methodology to be adopt
- Productivity - realignment on the format, frequency, type package
- Regulatory reporting - standardize the type of regulatory reports that required and the workflow.

**Job Requirements**
- Relevant experience in Credit areas for more than 3 years, especially in Collection area;
- Good understanding about collection and credit system;
- Preferred working experience in project management
- Good interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
