**Mô Tả Công Việc**:
**OBJECTIVE**:

- Provide full administrative, translation and secretarial support to the Center Director to ensure the smooth management of his/ her day-to-day affairs, and most effective use of his/ her time.
- In charge of coordination, following up the reporting and action plans of Center Director for completion to be updated on time

**KEY RESPONSIBILITY**:

- Manage general tasks and working schedule of Center Director
- Make reports as required by Center Director
- Work as liaison and be the contact point between Center Director, internal Heads, Unit Heads and other departments to operate and improve collections of Collections Center - CDL
- Translate documents as requested
- Ensure operating in accordance with the approved regulations, policies and procedures
- Undertake other tasks assigned by Center Director

**Yêu Cầu Công Việc**:

- Bachelor or Associate Degree, major: Business Management and related major is preferable
- At least 2 years working experiences in project coordination and assistant/ translator in Finance - Banking
- Fluent in both English and Vietnamese
- Good Verbal & Written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, PPT
- Good interpersonal skills
