**ABOUT THIS JOB**:

- As a Business Excellence Coordinator, you will act as a key contact point between Back Office departments (e.g. HR, Finance, Procurement Legal, Accountant ) and Business Units to ensure smooth coordination, policy alignment, and operational consistency across the organization. This role focuses on reviewing, improving, and supporting the implementation of internal processes and policies that balance execution efficiency with internal control._

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate with both operational and commercial departments to ensure alignment in processes, policies, and system-related matters.
- Support the design, standardization, and implementation of internal SOPs, guidelines, and policies across departments.
- Evaluate the logic and effectiveness of current workflows and propose process improvements aligned with business goals and compliance requirements.
- Consolidate operational feedback and department needs into actionable process and policy solutions.
- Collaborate in company-wide digital transformation and automation initiatives.
- Support internal communications around policies and workflows to enhance transparency and compliance.
- Monitor and compile regular reports on operational process performance and propose improvement opportunities.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related fields.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in business operations, internal control, or process improvement roles.
- Strong ability to read, understand, and critically evaluate internal policies and workflows (SOPs, internal regulations, etc.).
- Systematic thinking and the ability to question and assess process relevance based on real operational contexts.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Prior experience in digital transformation, workflow tools, or automation projects is a plus.
- Familiar with digital tools (Google Workspace, Excel, Lark, Notion).
