We are based in Oslo with Neaters working all over the world. **The Opportunity** We’re looking for a dedicated **Senior** **Supplier Quality Engineer** to ensure our manufacturing processes deliver best-in-class quality. Based in the Hai Phong area, you’ll play a hands-on role, working closely with our manufacturing partners in Asia to oversee and improve the production of Neat products. **Key Responsibilities**: - Implement and oversee our factory Quality Management System (QMS). - Collaborate with manufacturing partners to prevent and resolve quality issues. - Monitor factory performance and provide actionable feedback. - Analyze data to identify and prioritize product quality improvement opportunities. - Work with suppliers and R&D teams to enhance product quality and address challenges. **Qualities and competence we are looking for**: - Based in Vietnam (Hai Phong area) - Experience in working with product manufacturing quality - This role requires a high degree of independence and the ability to professionally represent the company in various contexts. - Good technical knowledge - Ability to analyze and solve problems. - Extensive knowledge of statistical and analytics tools - Ability to process computer data and to format and generate reports. - Engineering background, preferably from electronics or mechanical design - Eager to learn - Passionate.
