ASSA ABLOY Smart Technology Vietnam is an Enterprise belongs to ASSA ABLOY ASIA HOLDING AB (Swedish investment). Production of digital smart door lock products, smart lever locks and devices related to digital smart door locks. Located in Lot CN6, Ba Thien Industrial Zone, Ba Hien Town, Binh Xuyen District, Vinh Phuc Province, Vietnam.

- **Position**: Process Quality Engineer
- **Report to**: Operation Quality Manager
- **Working time**:8:00 - 17:00 | Monday - Friday
- **Location **:Lot CN6, Ba Thien Industrial Zone, Ba Hien Town, Binh Xuyen District, Vinh Phuc
- **Responsibility**:

- Build up and monitor the in-process quality metrics, production metrics and analyze in-process data to identify trends and potential quality issues.
- Collaborate with production teams to implement corrective actions and prevent non-conformances during manufacturing.
- Perform root cause analysis for in-process and customer claim defects then develop effective solutions to improvement
- Support the implementation and maintenance of quality control plans and procedures on the production floor.
- Provide technical support and guidance to production operators and supervisors on quality requirements and best practices.
- Participate in cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Document inspection results, non-conformances, and corrective actions in accordance with established procedures.
- Support customer audits by providing documentation and participating in audit activities as needed.
- Stay current with industry standards and best practices in quality assurance and manufacturing processes.
- Strictly manage 4M, ECN to inform customers.
- Close work with cross function team on following up NPI project from Alpha till MP
- Together with customer set up standard checking for Parts and Finish Goods from NPI
- NG material following up and monthly inventory
- Summary Daily, weekly, monthly report to Managers.
- **Requirement**:

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering domain
- 4+ year experience in process quality control in manufacturing companies.
- Experience of using 7 quality tools, process capability and root-cause analysis tools: FTA, Cpk, PCP, SPC, PDCA, 8D
- Familiar with standards like ISO 9001, 14001 and product certification like UL, ANSI, CE, BSI, KS
- Knowledge of quality and NPI processes like APQP, DFMEA, PFMEA, PPAP.
- Strong analytical and technical abilities.
- Deep knowledge of using and management of tooling and fixture.
- Good communication skills (verbal and written) in English.
- Preferred experience of manufacturing of similar products like smart products, electro-mechanical/ electrical consumer products
