**Role Purpose**:

- Manage CMs to meet Corning quality requirement for IT/SW/CCL products & innovation projects activities in SEA region for Gorilla Glass Solution business
- Improve customer satisfaction to dispose quality issues and quality VOC together with customers
- Support China Plus one strategy, support to qualify new CM and develop its capability

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Work with CM & Corning manufactory Engineer to review customer new NPI requirement and lead on spec risk assessment
- Work with WWPE, Engineering, AE to understand industry trends and Corning’s capability, to continue maintain & update Corning master spec.
- Establish quality architecture at CM : Quality Control Plan, QPA/QSA, SIP,COA, RMA,MRB, Green product, ECN, metrology qualification, inspector training/qual., product traceability etc.
- Manage the product quality from technical development, NPI sample build, internal qualification, customer qualification and mass production.
- Host customer QSA/QPA audit from Ops team, lead internal pre-audit to mobilize Corning/CM cross functional team, identify and drive gap closure.
- Conduct PCPD audit and quality KPI monitoring to continue improvement CM execution & performance
- Manage customer quality performance: metrology and inspection alignment, RMA performance, customer complaint resolution, address response to customer VOC, improve customer satisfaction
- Drive Cost of Quality reduction: optimize quality process, limit sample management etc.

**Experiences/Education - Required**:

- Bachelor Degree or above
- 5+ years experiences in quality functions of technical production manufacturing, or project management experience.
- Experienced at contract manufacturing quality management, Supplier quality management or customer quality management.
- Language: Good Chinese, English & Vietnamese reading, written and verbal.
- Good communication skill with both supplier and customer. Team work with cross functions.
- Team leader to resolve quality issues and promote contract manufacturer quality improvement.
- Familiar with Metrology knowledge and basic mechanical drawing knowledge (e.g. AutoCAD)
- Problem Solving and Analytical skills
- Process quality control and improvement experience
- Quality system and ISO audit experience
- Customer complaints handling experience
- Presentation and reporting skills

**Experiences/Education - Desired**:

- Good at Korean, or familiar with communication with Korean company.
- Project Management knowledge
- Green Belt certification or above and familiar with MSA and minitab
- Cover glass quality control experience
