Engineering Supervisor Technician Training

- To improve the technical skill for technician of Engineering Team
- Build up the plan, supervise and monitor maintenance & preventive maintenance programs to ensure highest performance for all production machinery
- To ensure all the process of ENG follow SOP standard to support for internal/ external audit program

- **Compliance and policy & Health _Safety**
- Ensure compliance with all Company Rules, Regulations and Codes of Conduct by all team members
- Ensure that all mandatory protocols/SOPs for Health, Safety and Environmental Protection are observed and implemented, well train with safety knowledge and strictly following up.
- **Team development**
- Improve the skill levels of the team members, individually and collectively, through performance monitoring, advice, guidance, instruction and/or training
- Prepare training material (presentations, worksheets, equipments to practive etc.)
- Be responsible for periodical technical assessment for technician to define training contents to relevant teams : dyeing machines, finishing machines and other equipments,
- Report training result vs training plan monthly.
- Lead other projects to reduce downtime and improve quality service of the machine.
- Ensure all activities follow standard operating procedures (SOPs),development internal audit planning to ensure all equipment with checklist is well recorded and maintenance planning is following up.
- Be representative of ENG team to join and contribute to other projects : WFT, waste reduction...
- Enhance communication and employee engagement through transmission and explanation of management’s policy and instructions to the team and of team’s and individuals’ views, attitudes and concerns to management
- **Machine management**
- Periodical assess the machine performance and propose the preventative / corrective plan to improve the effectiveness.
- Review sparepart stock and propose the purchasing plan as per stock policy.

**Education, Qualifications and Experience**

- Degree of engineer mechanic or electrician
- Management experience (at least 2 years of experience in technician major)
- Have team leadership skills
- Fluency in English - listening, reading, speaking & writing Ability to work under high pressure
