About the job QA Technician

**MAIN DUTIES**:
**1. Occupational Health & Safety regulation at workplace of Procedure OHS-PR-12**
- Build, manage & assess OH&S annual plan of dept.
- Manage serious, medium & near hit incidents
- Keep track of hazards in works & risk control at high & medium risk
- Follow the OH&S regulation at workplace of Procedure OHS-PR-12

**2. Implement management system ISO/VILAS**
- Perform and maintain equipment calibration as schedule.
- Follow strictly Procedures and WIs in daily activities.
- Participate training program to improve own competencies and technical knowledge

**3. Monitor quality of raw materials and cement products**
- Perform chemical and physical tests of raw materials, mortar tests and cement products to collect data...

4. Replace shift technician if necessary
- See JD of QA Techinican

**REQUIREMENTS**:
**EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS**
- Graduated High school.**
**RELEVANT EXPERIENCE**
- Basic knowledge of physical and chemical cement testing and raw material, clinker, Mortar testing.
- 1 year experiences in clinker and cement manufacturing**
