MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
1. Together with Director of S&M plan sales strategy and implement tactics to achieve budget.
2. Establish new business and maintain existing business accounts through the preparation and execution of action plans.
3. Handle accounts/prospects independently, showing ownership and good communication ability to win the business.
4. Monitor competitive set activities and communicate tactical changes to Director of Sales.
5. Develop and maintain contact with business generators, meeting and convention planners, corporate accounts.
6. Take care of the domestic segment.
7. Report to DOSM or higher level.

- Minimum 1-2 year of experience in the same position in the hospitality field
- Self-motivated, good interpersonal skills

- Fluent in English (both speaking and writing)
- Dynamic, friendly and can work under pressure
- Confident individuals with a passion for Sales
