We're looking for a proactive and organized Sales Assistant to join our team at The Deck Group
In this role, you'll be instrumental in supporting our sales initiatives and ensuring excellent client service.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Support Sales Operations**: Help develop sales plans, identify target markets, and assist with competitor analysis.
**Client Engagement**: Respond to inquiries, prepare sales materials, and assist in maintaining strong client relationships.
**Data Management**: Maintain client databases, track preferences, and assist in identifying upsell opportunities.
**Coordination**: Collaborate with operations teams to ensure smooth execution of events and bookings.
**Reporting**: Assist in analyzing sales data and preparing performance reports.

**Job Requirements**:
3-4 years of experience in Real estate.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to manage client accounts and support a sales team.
