**Receptionist Responsibilities**:

- ** Visitor Welcome & Registration**: Warmly welcome guests and ensure a professional check-in/check-out process in compliance with building security policies.
- ** Call Handling**: Answer incoming calls promptly, provide accurate information, or transfer to the appropriate staff/department.
- ** Reception Area Management**: Keep the reception area tidy and professional. Coordinate with relevant teams to resolve issues when needed.
- ** Meeting Room Support**: Assist with booking and setting up meeting rooms, including preparing water and office supplies as required.
- ** Mail & Package Handling**: Receive, sign, sort and distribute mail and packages properly, including express services.
- ** Flower Arrangement**: Coordinate with flower vendors to ensure timely and suitable delivery, manage contracts and payments.

**Administrative Responsibilities**:

- ** Reconciliation & Payment**: Ensure timely and accurate reconciliation and payment for assigned services.
- ** Document Management**: Update internal databases, filing systems and administrative documents as needed.
- ** General Support**: Assist with reception process improvements, support internal events and handle other admin tasks as assigned.
- ** Monthly Report**: Prepare monthly reports summarizing completed tasks and pending issues for management review.

**Yêu cầu**:

- College or University degree
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Proactive, enthusiastic, and possess a “can-do” attitude with a strong sense of teamwork and shared services mindset
- Good communication skills in both English and Vietnamese
- Strong attention to detail in daily tasks
- Good interpersonal skills, able to work effectively with internal and external parties
- Experience in handling customer complaints is a strong plus
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
- Trustworthy with high ethical and moral standards
