- Operate and manage telephone communications.
- Stamp and process official documents.
- Receive and dispatch correspondence.
- Arrange hotel bookings for suppliers, guests and employee as requested.
Handle procedures related to office equipment, assets, and stationery.
- Coordinate printing of envelopes, name cards, and letterheads.
- Process monthly payments for general operating expenses.
- Maintain and organize administrative files, including office and service contracts.
- Provide support for other ad-hoc administrative tasks.

- Bachelor degree with major in College/University degree.
- Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Good command of English.
- Excellent using of Microsoft office.
- Hard working, accurate, strong sense of responsibility.
- Able to work independently and team work in a multi tasks
