**Digital Marketing & Employer Branding Executive**

**Job Description**:
TechX Corporation is the leading provider of cloud solutions in the banking and FSI industries, partnering with AWS and developing innovative data platforms. We are seeking a dynamic and talented individual to join our team as a Digital Marketing & Employer Branding Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for enhancing our online presence, creating captivating content, and elevating our employer brand to attract top talent and strengthen our market position.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive website traffic, lead generation, and enhance brand visibility.
- Conduct in-depth audience research and identify key target segments to tailor marketing messages and content effectively.
- Optimize website content through effective SEO techniques to improve organic search ranking and increase search visibility.
- Manage paid search campaigns, including keyword research, ad copy creation, and bidding strategies to maximize conversion rates.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as content management and creative design, to align content with SEO and digital marketing strategies.
- Monitor and analyze digital marketing metrics, generate reports, and provide recommendations for campaign optimization and performance improvement.
- Stay on top of industry trends, emerging digital marketing channels, and tools to identify new opportunities for brand promotion and engagement.
- Develop and implement employer branding initiatives to attract and retain top talent in the market.
- Craft compelling employer brand messaging and value propositions to showcase TechX as an employer of choice.
- Create engaging content that highlights our company culture, employee experiences, and career development opportunities.
- Enhance our social media presence by curating and publishing relevant and appealing content on platforms such as LinkedIn.
- Monitor social media channels, engage with followers, and respond to inquiries to build a strong online community.
- Collaborate with HR and hiring teams to ensure consistent employer branding across recruitment efforts.
- Measure and analyze the effectiveness of employer branding initiatives and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in Digital Marketing and/or Employer Branding.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, platforms, and analytics.
- Proficient in content creation and management for various digital channels.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Experience in employer branding and talent acquisition is a plus.
- Knowledge of the banking and FSI industry is advantageous.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and develop innovative strategies.
- Analytical skills to track, measure, and report on campaign performance.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and employer branding.
