- Plan, estimate, allocate, execute and manage assigned budget for Digital Marketing
- Research, track, and analyze performance of advertising campaigns, finding consumer digital insight, behaviors and trends and implement research into digital marketing campaigns
- Adjust & optimize advertising indicators, costs, conversion rates to ensure the effectiveness of digital advertising channels in term of quality & quantity of user traffic, CPO, CPA, purchase rate and order metrics that are required.
- Prepare reports and analytics on the overall performance of various marketing campaigns, including ROIs and KPIs
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies and marketing techniques
- Stay up to date on the latest social media trends, and implement them in company’s marketing campaigns

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- Graduated from College/University majoring in Marketing or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the digital marketing industry
- Fundamental concept of Marketing & Business
- Knowledgeable about Website, App, SEO.
- Social media savvy, with a passion for staying on top of trends
- Strong sense of creativity, imagination, and innovation
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with other departments
- In-depth knowledge of multi-channels in Digital Marketing and best practices
- Ability to analyze consumer metrics, reports, and trends
- Strong project management and managerial skills
- Having experience working on multiple platform, especially e-commerce platform such as Shopee, Lazada, TikTok is an advantage
- In-depth knowledge of current digital trends
