AIM OF THE JOB

The Senior Digital Marketing Executive will support all Marketing Communication activities with a key focus on Digital and Social Media Marketing to promote KLV corporate and KLV’s residential developments on digital and social media platforms and acquire new leads as well as content development.

KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

A. Digital and Social Media Marketing (70%)
- Administer Keppel Land’s owned digital and social media channels including corporate website, internal portal, social media fan pages of KLV corporate (Facebook, LinkedIn - in collaboration with HR team) and KLV’s residential projects.
- Plan and create digital and social media marketing campaigns for corporate activities.
- Set up and optimize marketing automation and lead nurturing processes with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Create and set up EDM campaign sending to prospects, home buyers, partners using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Supervise external agencies on the production of content, design and media performance to meet the agreed media and lead KPIs.
- Manage digital campaign budgets and schedules for all corporate and residential projects.
- Measure and prepare report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns (including website management) against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Collate and analyze market trends/insights and competitors’ campaigns/activities.

B. Content Development (20%)
- Develop and optimize content and visual to support new corporate website launch.
- Optimize content and leverage various online and offline channels to promote the Company’s CSR efforts & achievements.
- Participate in the content development of integrated marketing communications plans to support launches and sales of residential properties and ad-hoc marketing materials

C. Other activities (10%)
- Support the team in creative development of event, partnership, sponsorship.
- Support other marketing-related projects as assigned.

**Yêu cầu bằng cấp (tối thiểu)**: Đại Học

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Communications, Journalism, Media, Marketing or Business related
- Minimum three years of working experience in relevant position
- Knowledge of Social Media marketing, Influencer marketing, SEM, Google Display Network (GDN), Google AdWords, Google Analytics, online marketing key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Proven track record of experience in content development and copywriting
- Good command of English and excellent Vietnamese copywriting skill
- Basic knowledge of Illustration, Photoshop, HTML, Video editing or willingness to learn
- Excellent at Word, Excel, Outlook, and Internet
- Good understanding of real estate products and market is a plus
- Ability to handle multi-tasks
