Report to**:Group Product Manager**

**What Should You Do**:
**Product Strategy & Portfolio Management**
- Develop and implement product strategies for fertility drugs, including positioning, pricing, and lifecycle planning.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to guide product decisions.
- Collaborate with global and regional teams to adapt product offerings for the Vietnamese market.

**Marketing & Promotion**
- Design and execute marketing campaigns targeting fertility clinics, OB-GYNs, and IVF centers.
- Collaborate with Medical team to organize medical education events, webinars, and promotional activities.
- Prepare promotional materials in compliance with local pharmaceutical regulations.

**Commercial Support & Training**
- Support field teams with scientific data, objection handling, and customer engagement strategies.

**Forecasting & Budgeting**
- Lead annual and quarterly forecasting for fertility product sales and demand.
- Develop and manage marketing and operational budgets aligned with business objectives.
- Track performance against forecasts and adjust strategies to meet financial targets.

**Stakeholder Engagement**
- Build relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), fertility specialists, and hospital procurement teams.
- Gather feedback from healthcare professionals to inform product improvements and strategy

**Regulatory & Compliance**
- Coordinate with regulatory affairs to ensure timely product registration and compliance with MOH guidelines.
- Maintain pharmacovigilance and documentation standards.

To recognize a reportable Adverse Event (AE) or safety information and ensuring the necessary information is forwarded to the Local Pharmacovigilance Responsible Person (LPVR) in Vietnam within 24 hours.

**Who You Are**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, or Life Sciences.
- MBA in Marketing or Healthcare Management is highly preferred.
- Minimum 5-7 years in pharmaceutical product management, preferably in fertility, women’s health, or endocrinology.
- Excellent understanding of fertility treatment protocols and drug mechanisms.
- Excellent financial acumen in forecasting and budget planning.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent collaboration skills across cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Strong leadership capabilities to drive initiatives and mentor teams.
- Fluent in Vietnamese and English.
